Facebook as you already know is the biggest social media website with a lot of interesting features such as a section where one can watch video at all time. 

However, when you scroll past a video it plays automatically leaving you frustrated as it consumes your data to the level that you don't actually want. 

If you have been looking for simple step to stop Facebook from exhausting your data through videos it autoplays, here are simple steps to get it fixed. 

1. Launch your Facebook app and log-in to your account

2. Go to setting and privacy from your Facebook home page by clicking on the three bars icon on the top right hand corner. 

3. Select Settings from the page that show up

4. Select media and on the page that showed up, tick never auto play and hit save. 

You just stopped the data exhausting autoplay.
